Typically, reward points will post to your Sonlight account after the referred friends order has been invoiced and shipped from our warehouse. Processing time for orders to leave our warehouse is 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed. If you see that your rewards have not posted to your account, please contact our Customer Service Department.
