May I change/cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we can make changes that will cost you 5% or your order total ($5 minimum). If we have already shipped your order, we, naturally, cannot make changes.

If you refuse for delivery, you will incur these fees plus additional handling fees of 10% ($10 minimum). Please view our Service Guarantees page for more information.
