What does "in process" mean?

We have your order, but it hasn't shipped yet. There are three steps in the process: Pick (gather the materials), Scan (have the computer double-check the items), Pack (put everything carefully into a box). After that, we add the shipping labels and set it up for delivery.

We typically ship your order between 3-5 business days. However, if you place your order right at the end of a promotion or during July-September, it can take us up to 10 business days to process your order.
