What about socialization?

This is one of the biggest questions people ask homeschoolers. Thankfully, it's easily answered.

The short version: Homeschooling is great for socialization! The person best ready for society is one who has learned to interact with a wide range of ages and has been taught manners at home.
There is much, much, much more to be said for the benefits of homeschooling when it comes to socialization. In fact, this is a topic that comes up frequently on the blog.
