You have three options if you do not want to use our website:

1) Email your order. 

Be sure to include your customer number (or specify that you are a new customer), name, shipping address, billing address, and phone number. Do NOT send payment information via email. A Customer Service Representative will call you for your payment information.

2) Mail your order to:

If you feel uncomfortable sending your payment information through the mail, please just leave your telephone number, and a Customer Service Representative will call you for it.

3) Fax your order to [phone]. Be sure to include the same information as stated above.
